Be Salt Shakers | Sharing the Gospel of Christ

You are the salt of the earth

“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?” — Matthew 5:13

Be Salt Shakers exists to share the gospel of Christ throughout the world — calling believers to live as salt and light in every place God has put them.

Called to be salt

Jesus said His followers are the salt of the earth. Salt preserves, flavors, and creates thirst. In the same way, followers of Christ are called to preserve truth, bring the flavor of the gospel into a bland world, and create a hunger for the living God.

Be Salt Shakers is a ministry dedicated to encouraging and equipping believers to live out this calling — sharing the good news of Jesus Christ across neighborhoods, nations, and every sphere of life.

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16
